Everything you need to know about using Wensura

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wensura platform ("Service"), operated by Delta3CoreTec LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Wensura is a cost & supply intelligence platform for battery materials and cells, joining proprietary time-series materials pricing to techno-economic models, with a multi-model cross-checked research copilot on top.

2. Description of Service

Wensura provides the following modules and capabilities:

  • Battery Base — A multi-model cross-checked research copilot over a curated battery knowledge base. Every answer is independently produced across models, blind cross-reviewed, and synthesized with source attribution. Status: live.
  • Market Data — A proprietary, structured, time-series corpus of battery-materials and precursor pricing. Status: live, and the core of ongoing platform expansion.
  • Process & TEA — An AACE Class 3 guided techno-economic wizard that joins live commodity pricing to a cell BOM to produce a per-kWh cost waterfall with scenario and sensitivity analysis. Status: in build; previewed live on demo calls and available to design partners.
  • Patent & IP Intelligence — Patent whitespace mapping and competitor cost-curve context built on the same underlying data corpus. Status: roadmap; not yet available.

Where the Service uses multiple large language models in a cross-review pipeline (as in Battery Base), outputs are independently generated, checked against each other, and synthesized with source attribution before being returned to the user.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

The Service is intended for researchers, engineers, and professionals in the battery and energy storage industry. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized use, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Wensura offers the following plans:

  • Design Partner — Invite-only, application-based access for principal investigators, graduate researchers, and national-lab partners. Includes the Battery Base copilot and a curated knowledge base under an NDA-covered pilot. No standard monthly fee; each partner owes a reference or co-authored case study in lieu of payment.
  • Founding Seat — $149/month, price locked for 36 months from reservation. Includes Battery Base copilot access, sandbox and data exploration, live commodity pricing, up to 2,000 queries/month, and email support. Limited to the first 200 reserved seats.
  • Team — From $25,000/year, billed annually, sized for 5–15 seats. Includes everything in Founding Seat plus the Process & TEA wizard, cell BOM × price recompute, project workspaces, SSO/SAML, audit log, a REST API quota, and onboarding with priority support.
  • Enterprise — From $100,000/year, billed annually, scoped to an OEM or cell-maker procurement/strategy deployment. Includes everything in Team plus single-tenant deployment, EAR-aware isolated tenancy, dedicated market_prices data feeds, and a negotiated MSA/SLA.

Team and Enterprise fees are billed annually in advance. Founding Seat fees are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a new subscription. 5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of any data, documents, or research you upload to the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5.2 Our Platform

The Wensura platform, including its software, algorithms, models, user interface, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Delta3CoreTec LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.3 AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by the platform's AI systems (analyses, summaries, recommendations) are provided for informational purposes. You may use these outputs in your research and work, but we make no guarantee of their accuracy. All AI outputs should be independently verified.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access
  • Upload malicious content, malware, or data intended to disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently verified scientific findings without proper disclosure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Battery materials cost modeling involves complex, fast-moving market data; always verify outputs with qualified professionals before making capital or procurement decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTA3CORETEC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSES.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including search queries, features used, session duration, and device information.

1.3 Uploaded Content

Research documents, datasets, and files you upload are stored securely and processed solely to provide the Service's functionality.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Wensura platform
  • Process your queries through our multi-model cross-check pipeline
  • Generate personalized research and cost-model recommendations
  • Send service-related communications and updates
  • Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve platform performance
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices including:

  • AES-256 encryption for stored data
  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • Role-based access controls
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • SOC 2 Type II compliance (roadmap; not yet certified)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI Model Providers — Anonymized query data is sent to LLM providers for processing as part of our multi-model cross-check pipeline. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
  • Infrastructure Partners — AWS for hosting; Stripe for payment processing.
  • Legal Requirements — When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and download your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
  • Export your uploaded content at any time

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent to improve platform performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Uploaded research content is deleted within 30 days of account termination unless you request immediate deletion. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

Wensura is a cost & supply intelligence platform for battery materials and cells. The name combines Wen (文, wisdom in Chinese) and Sura (सुर, knowledge in Sanskrit). The core asset is a proprietary, structured, time-series corpus of battery-materials and precursor pricing, joined directly to techno-economic models — with a multi-model cross-checked research copilot as the interface on top.
Battery Base uses a 3-stage pipeline: several models independently answer your query, then blind cross-review and score each other's answers, then one model synthesizes a final response with source attribution. This reduces reliance on any single model's guess and is meant for qualitative, research-grade answers — not as a literature-search replacement.
Battery Base indexes a curated battery knowledge base built on our proprietary time-series materials pricing corpus, alongside relevant technical literature and your project context. Retrieval uses pgvector-based similarity search to surface relevant, source-attributed results.
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), hosted on AWS infrastructure. We never share your proprietary research with other users or use it to train models. Uploaded content remains yours — you retain full intellectual property rights. Enterprise deployments are single-tenant and EAR-aware; Team runs on shared infrastructure with row-level isolation. Battery Base (the copilot) and Market Data (the pricing corpus) are live today. Process & TEA (the cost-waterfall wizard) is in active build and previewed on demo calls; design partners can run their real cell BOM through it during a pilot. Patent & IP Intelligence is on the roadmap and not yet available.
Team and Enterprise plans include a REST API quota for integration with your existing research workflows, LIMS systems, ELN (Electronic Lab Notebooks), and data pipelines. Custom integrations are scoped as part of Enterprise onboarding.
Wensura is built by Delta3CoreTec LLC, a team combining expertise in battery materials, cost/supply-chain finance, and software. The goal is a single platform where R&D, strategy, and procurement teams can recompute a cell BOM and per-kWh cost the moment the market moves, with a trustworthy research copilot layered on top.
