1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wensura platform ("Service"), operated by Delta3CoreTec LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Wensura is an AI-powered research platform for battery scientists, providing multi-LLM peer review, semantic knowledge search, and data analysis tools.

2. Description of Service

Wensura provides the following modules and capabilities:

  • Battery Base — Semantic search engine across indexed battery research literature, market data, and proprietary knowledge bases.
  • Data Foundry — AI-powered data extraction, cleaning, and analysis for electrochemical datasets.
  • Process Optimization & Cost Modeling & TEA — Techno-economic analysis and process simulation for battery manufacturing workflows.
  • IPSURA — Intellectual property search, landscape analysis, and research intelligence.

The Service utilizes multiple large language models (LLMs) in a peer review pipeline to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and scientific rigor.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

The Service is intended for researchers, engineers, and professionals in the battery and energy storage industry. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized use, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Wensura offers tiered subscription plans:

  • Starter — $39/month. AI Copilot, Sandbox analytics, Knowledge Base access, 200 queries/month, 1 user seat.
  • Pro — $149/month. Everything in Starter plus Multi-LLM Peer Review, AutoML, time-series forecasting, 2,000 queries/month, up to 5 user seats.
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing (from $2,000/month). Everything in Pro plus REST API access, SSO, custom knowledge base, dedicated success manager, 99.9% SLA.
  • Custom — Contact sales for tailored solutions, dedicated infrastructure, and custom integrations.

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a new subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of any data, documents, or research you upload to the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5.2 Our Platform

The Wensura platform, including its software, algorithms, models, user interface, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Delta3CoreTec LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.3 AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by the platform's AI systems (analyses, summaries, recommendations) are provided for informational purposes. You may use these outputs in your research and work, but we make no guarantee of their accuracy. All AI outputs should be independently verified.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access
  • Upload malicious content, malware, or data intended to disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently verified scientific findings without proper disclosure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Battery research involves complex scientific domains; always verify outputs with qualified professionals and independent experimentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTA3CORETEC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSES.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices including:

  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • Role-based access controls

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI Model Providers — Anonymized query data is sent to LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for processing. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
  • Infrastructure Partners — AWS for hosting; Stripe for payment processing.
  • Legal Requirements — When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Cookies

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Uploaded research content is deleted within 30 days of account termination unless you request immediate deletion. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

Wensura is an AI-powered research platform purpose-built for battery scientists. The name combines Wen (文, wisdom in Chinese) and Sura (सुर, knowledge in Sanskrit). It provides multi-LLM peer review, semantic knowledge search across 5+ years of market data and research literature, data analysis, techno-economic modeling, and IP intelligence — all in one platform.
Wensura uses a 3-stage pipeline where multiple large language models independently analyze your query, then cross-validate each other's outputs for accuracy. Stage 1 generates initial responses from multiple LLMs. Stage 2 performs cross-model peer review and conflict detection. Stage 3 synthesizes a final validated output with confidence scores and source citations. This approach significantly reduces hallucination and improves scientific accuracy.
Battery Base indexes over 5 years of market data and continuously updated research intelligence. The knowledge base contains over 100,000 text chunks and embeddings derived from peer-reviewed papers, patents, technical reports, and industry data. Our graph-based RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with pgvector similarity search ensures highly relevant and contextual results.
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), hosted on AWS infrastructure. We never share your proprietary research with other users or use it to train models. Battery Base MVP is launching in April 2026. You can join the waitlist on our homepage for early access. Early adopters will receive priority onboarding and introductory pricing.
Enterprise and Custom plans include API access for integration with your existing research workflows, LIMS systems, ELN (Electronic Lab Notebooks), and data pipelines. We provide RESTful APIs and webhook support. Custom integrations are available through our Enterprise onboarding process.
